Fine!
Super nice! Everything was sent clearly via the app with all the info + your ticket was printed that you could pick up within walking distance of the Vatican. Everything was explained here, which was super nice! Definitely a recommendation if you want to go to the Vatican and see St. Peter's Basilica
Operator response

read carefully
They should clarify more about the difference between the voucher and the ticket, since you can have a stressful moment when, at the last minute, you have to go to another address to get the tickets. Otherwise, everything was fine.
