This was a terrible experience due to aviator’s platform only. It’s not the tour operator’s fault. Viator’s platform sent the incorrect time for the booking to my calendar causing me to miss it and would not let me switch the time. This was my first time booking with them and I’ll be using another service in the future because they didn’t take accountability for their platform’s inconsistent communication.
Firstly I booked for thursday the 2 nd July and turned up 24 hours earlier on the 1st July so I had no ticket . The young team on site at the collection point were kind and very helpful sorting me out to attend at that time with no difficulties or extra cash required . Cannot thank them enough . Experience at Basilica is amazing . thank you
