This seems like a scam. We had same experience as A reviewer from 2 weeks ago. We showed up to address, at a supposed Giuly’s cafe. No cafe and no tour guides. The phone number we were given to contact the tour said this is the wrong number and was not helpful. We went to Giulys cafe, which was 2 blocks away (at a different address completely). The manger there assisted us as he said no tour guides were meeting at the suggested time at his restaurant. He was very helpful and helped us make calls. In short he said this is a bad company and very disorganized. Reading his body language…I think he thought it was more than a disorganized company. I just received an email….hours after our guided tour was to start that it had been cancelled. I would be cautious about booking with this company. We are disappointed as we will not be able to visit the Vatican museums and Sistine Chapel as this was our only full day in Rome. I never write bad reviews by the way… but do not want others to fall into same trap.

Total disappointment. Italian scam. No one showed up, no one answering the phones... Fortunately TripAdvisor helpdesk was very helpful and after a few days with provided evidence they gave us a refund. We lost an afternoon in Rome because of this plus the frustration. Awful experience. Never again!

Terrible. They canceled without notice in the same day of our tour. They didn’t give a reasons that made sense. It was shady and confusing. We did not get to see the Vatican after all. Do not recommend.

We booked a tour of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel with guide for 198€ for 2 people. I received the confirmation email and the meeting place. D-Day: no one at the meeting place... I contacted the contact number. There was an error while booking. It’s cancelled but we’ll refund you. Except that there was no space available elsewhere given the Easter wknd. So scam!
We sincerely regret this disappointing experience, especially during Easter weekend. Please be assured that this was not a scam, but an exceptional logistical error which we are handling with the utmost care. Your refund is being processed. We were due to start our tour on Thursday 19th march at around 14:00. At 15:30 the day before the tour we received a WhatsApp message from the tour company “show me Italy” which I have attached to this review. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. We only had 3 full days in Rome and the Vatican sights were meant to be the highlight of the trip. Bitterly disappointed we didn’t get to see it and very angry about the way “show me Italy” handled it. Truly awful experience.

The meeting address is incorrectly listed on the site and we were confused for 30min waiting for our tour. Tried contacting the tour company with little communication on their part. The tour company said via the messaging system through Viator to go to a space near the Colosseum for further instructions, which we were about to do. Out of luck we were able to find our actual meeting location. It seems like the tour company outsources the tour guide, who was nice but with the headsets provided (by the Vatican) made it difficult to understand due to the poor mic quality. I really wouldn't suggest this group to friends or family.

Not as advertised. We waited on lines just like everyone else. Tour ran over by about 40 minutes and I didn’t have time to see St. Peter’s Square or Basilica.
Very disappointed in the tour. The tour we paid for included St. Peter's Basilica when we arrived on time for the tour, the tour director said we were late and couldn't visit the Basilica.
Not happy with our tour guide. She was late. We had our tour scheduled at 2:45pm and didn't get started until 3:30pm. 1st tour guide left and we were introduced to 2nd tour guide. Did not appreciate being rushed on our tour. Most memorable was visiting the Sistine chapel.
