The museum was two hours of repeated Egyptian artifacts (I could have seen at the Toronto Museau) this isn’t what I came for. There was no way of exited early and you are pushed through like a heard of cattle. Since this took so long we went to the Trevi fountain which you now have to pay and see like again like a heard. As a result we ran out of time to see the Vatican which is what I wanted to see more then anything. My advise skip this one, the only nice part was the statues and paintings!
Operator response
Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We are truly sorry to hear that your experience at the museum did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when a visit does not align with what you hoped to see.
However, we would kindly like to clarify that our service was limited to providing the entrance tickets and reservation for the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel. The museum route, exhibit arrangements, visitor flow, timings inside the museum, and overall experience are managed directly by the Vatican Museums.
From our side, we believe the ticketing service was delivered correctly and as booked. Therefore, we feel that a 1-star rating may not accurately reflect the service we provided, as your concerns seem primarily related to the museum experience itself rather than our booking assistance.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing our service.
