Valpolicella Wine and Risotto Tasting

A truly excellent experience! I found a welcoming and well-kept environment, with a selection of high-quality wines. The staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, always available to recommend the wine best suited to my tastes and to competently explain the characteristics of the products. fantastic experience, we first visited the winery listening to the history of the family and wines, with an excellent Fabio who passed on the love for this work. We then moved to the inn where we tasted 8 wonderful wines accompanied by an excellent risotto. Truly an excellent sensory journey.

The tour of the winery and the tasting followed by Fabio was interesting and exceptional. The wines are great, is the accompanying risotto also. We also slept in the residence and dined at the inn, great food, wonderful staff, lovely place. Highly recommended and would stay again. Also excellent oil.

We were really impressed by this experience, full of details and passion. In particular Fabio welcomed us with his kindness and expertise in this area making everything even more fascinating. Excellent wines and we enjoyed the combination cicchetti and wine tasting, perfect match for an aperitif to share with your other half.

My group of friends and I decided to spend the last event of a bachelor party at the Buglioni winery. Never was a choice more apt. We opted for the Jeroboam experience by booking a few weeks in advance. The tour began with a visit to the vineyards and continued inside the cellar to discover the production methods of the different wines. The explanation was exceptional and exhaustive in all our curiosity. The tour then continued at the Enoteca del Liar, a 2-minute drive from the winery; we were reserved a table where we could taste the wines and cicchetti. Excellent wines and also the food in combination, we also ordered a mouth-watering risotto with valpolicella ripasso. Many people then decided to buy a bottle to bring a piece of this experience home. Highly recommended!!!

The visit to the winery was really very interesting. The guy who guided us was able to tell us the story of the founder with great passion, enriching everything with curious anecdotes and jokes that made the path fun and never boring. We then continued with the tasting at the wine shop, also owned by the winery, where we could taste excellent cicchetti paired with the wines they produce. A really enjoyable and successful experience. Kindness, friendliness and helpfulness from all the staff made this visit unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Top experience!! They make you feel at home, they are all welcoming .. we chose the jeroboam tasting with overnight stay in Buglioni residence and visit to the cellar! All very nice!
