Manuel was an excellent guide. We had family visiting in town who were looking forward to a canal tour in the Netherlands—and Utrecht was the perfect location for it. Beautiful scenery and a relaxed environment with interesting local insights from Manuel. He was also incredibly kind and patient with our eight-year-old daughter who was very into all facets of the experience. Another thank you goes to our host when we first arrived to the boat Sunday 16/8 at 6:30p (we regret we did not catch her name), but she was another employee who was very welcoming and hospitable. You can tell the staff has fun and enjoy what they do, which makes the experience that much better. Thank you again for a lovely evening.

Nice relaxed cruise with very nice skipper Jort. He told fun facts about Utrecht and also the drinking was perfectly arranged. Recommended!

It was a nice, entertaining tour of about an hour. On board there were drinks and Susanne told entertaining stories about the history of the canals and the most important sights that we could see from the boat. We were on site before our booked time and were allowed to join an earlier tour without any problems.

The worst hour of my life, the operator is racist and offensive to Spanish speakers, in his head I imagine that because we speak Spanish we wouldn't understand his derogatory comments about us, I would never take a tour with this company again and in the end his colleagues even challenged me to a fight, they are a trash company
Very fun and cozy activity to do in Utrecht. Cozy to ride in the canals of the city. Ever sad was that our guide did not speak English. But you got a paper where you could keep up in English anyway!
A beautiful cruise where we have seen utrecht from a different perspective (from the water). The refreshing breeze and a cozy and relaxed captain/tour leader were like the icing on the cake. We can recommend it to anyone.

The seats are not facing the direction of travel, but are on the side. The view of the water is also blocked at the end of the boat by a high front structure. Too bad, you have to stand up to be able to see well. We were able to take our dog with us without any problems. We thought that was good.
