Antelope Canyon’s sculpted sandstone walls offer memorable photo opportunities with a walkable corridor at the bottom of the canyon floor. It was formed by flash flood waters that rushed into the cracks of the Navajo sandstone along with the power of wind erosion. The daylight dancing through the narrow openings from the top provides multiple kinds of light reflections and colors.
Enjoy views of the Colorado River in Glen Canyon's Horseshoe Bend, with a 1.5 mile round-trip easy hike. Stand 1000 feet above the Colorado River as you look down upon the mighty river at the bottom of Glen Canyon. Horseshoe Bend is an area where the Colorado River makes a 280-degree turn, providing almost unreal views of desert, river, cliffs and canyon.
Drive through the Virgin River Gorge, a dramatic and beautiful canyon carved by the rushing river waters in Northwestern Arizona.

- Mobility & Restrictions: Guests must walk unassisted. Horseshoe Bend requires a 1.5 mile round trip walk on sandy and rocky terrain. Bags, large camera equipment, walking aids, and wheelchairs are not permitted in Antelope Canyon.
- Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses.
- Antelope Canyon does not allow any bags to be brought on the walking tour; bags must be left on the bus; video or tripods are not allowed but photos can be taken throughout the walking tour.
- Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
- Attire & Luggage: Wear comfortable walking shoes. Each guest may bring only 1 piece of luggage. If storing luggage at your hotel, allow extra time to avoid missing pickup.
- All children 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pets and Service Animals are not allowed

It was a long 14 hours tour but well worth it! Both Horseshoe bend and Antelope Canyon are beautiful! Photos come out amazing! I am especially glad I took private tour to antelope since we only have group of 12 with one guide. Carlos (our guide) took amazing photos for us and shared some tips on how to take great photos. Our main tour guide Scarlett was very entertaining and funny. Overall I really enjoy our tour.

We took the tour with Mama and had a great experience. She’s entertaining, engaging and detail-oriented that truly supported the group to make the day tour as seamless as possible. Our driver Carlos was also a great help and even stepped in as an assistant guide when our group split at the Antelope Canyon. The sightseeing at horseshoe bend and the antelope canyon was an once in a life time experience and truly breathtaking. We just wish the local authorities who run the conservation site hadn’t inflated the admission so much over the past 10 years that not everyone could afford to visit. Regardless this is still an amazing experience to have if one has the means to do so.

Marcelo was an amazing tour guide! He kept us laughing the entire trip, and there was never a dull moment. His knowledge of the canyon and the Navajo culture made the experience even more meaningful, and we learned so much along the way. What an amazing experience! It was on my bucket list! The canyons did not disappoint! Our tour guide, Carson, was excellent! He was so proud of his Navajo heritage. I learned a lot from him. He is so kind. He also took lots of pictures of our group for us. I would definitely do this again and visit the other parts of the canyons.

Nice day trip to Antelope Canyon. Our driver John and guide Scarlett were great. They provided a safe and informative trip to and from Vegas. We learned so much about the surrounding nature in Nevada, Arizona and Utah. The location of the pit stop Bees Market was great, clean bathrooms and a chance to pick up snacks/drinks. We also took away an appreciation for the Navajo community, our Navajo guide Carson was absolutely top notch. He was informative, personable and kind. We liked that the bus had plenty of storage for belongings, an available bathroom if needed but the leg room was to be desired on a bus with so many people. The seats recline which is nice but unfortunately the passengers in front of us reclined the entire trip which made the ride very uncomfortable for my husband and his long legs. I understand the significance of the logistics for the day for so many people but adding another vehicle for transport would have allowed for a more comfortable drive. However this is no fault of our driver and guide who were fantastic the whole day. Antelope Canyon is a must see if you are in the area, and we highly recommend the Upper portion of the Canyon.
