Imran was an excellent tour guide 5stars all round
Lilly was great fun and really looked after us as a group spending time with all of us nothing was a problem. We felt really safe all the time it's a great experience even for locals like us.
Great twilight views of Canary Whalf etc. Brilliant guide, thanks Lily!
A pleasant and friendly guide, Abi, was informative but also entertaining. Nothing was too much trouble and she made the experience very enjoyable
Abbi was a great climb leader!
We did the Twilight Climb at The O2 last night, and it was an unforgettable experience. Watching the sun begin to set over London from the top of The O2 was incredible, and the climb itself was great fun. However, what really made the experience was our guide, Josh. From the very first safety briefing, Josh was warm, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic. He explained everything clearly, made everyone feel comfortable and confident, and set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing evening. Throughout the climb, he took the time to chat with every group, not just the people closest to him. He never made anyone feel rushed, and everyone was given time to enjoy the views, take photos and simply soak up the moment. Despite looking after the whole group, he somehow managed to make every family and every couple feel like they mattered. He was fantastic with my children, making them feel involved and encouraging them throughout the climb, while treating everyone with the same kindness and enthusiasm. On the descent, where it becomes much steeper, Josh kept a close eye on everyone, offering reassurance and assistance whenever it was needed. His professionalism and attention to safety were outstanding, but it never took away from the fun. He made the whole experience feel relaxed, enjoyable and completely under control. We’ve had guides on tours before, but Josh is genuinely the best we’ve come across. The Twilight Climb is a fantastic experience in its own right, but Josh elevated it into something really special. His enthusiasm, personality and genuine care for the people in his group made all the difference. If Up at The O2 recognise outstanding members of staff, Josh deserves every bit of that recognition. He is an absolute credit to the team, and I hope this review reaches him because exceptional customer service like his deserves to be celebrated. Thank you, Josh, for giving us such a memorable evening.
Josh was incredibly kind and supportive. Best guide we could’ve asked for!
Awesome experience and the guide is so nice and ensures safety.
This was an incredible experience. Our guide Ed was brilliant throughout and the views themselves speak volumes. Plenty of safety checks completed thoroughly and support every step of the way
We had a long layover at Heathrow in the evening, so we headed to the O2. It's an interesting place inside, but the magic happens on top of it. When we got to the top, it was dark. We toasted with champagne on top with a 360 degree view of London. The other two climbers with us had a tough time climbing because they were afraid. The guide helped them, encouraged them, and told them to take their time. Since we were behind them, we couldn't go any faster than them. Anywhere you stop, the view is great though. We are fit senior citizens, and had an easy time of it. I highly recommend this unique experience.
