Loved the sites but…..
Matera was beautiful and better than I imagined. I would have liked more time in Alberobello that was rushed. These places are very worthwhile to see but need a better guide. The tour was overwhelmed by his one way conversation with himself on his view of world geopolitics. That part was exhausting.

Great day in historic Puglia!!
Vitto made our day fantastic! Alberobello and Matera are both historic and amazing sites; must see places! Very informative and comfortable traveling with him, a Bari native. He spoke Greek with my husband and we ended our day in Alberobello singing Frank Sinatra with one of the shop owners!

A journey through the history of the Mediterranean
Great way to see the two cities that are in different regions in a single day without worrying about a car. Doing the tour with a guide, in our case with Vito, made all the difference in enjoying the time and the knowledge. Excellent.

Amazing life experience
We booked a semi private tour with English guide Vito M, Vitotour on Insta. His depth of knowledge is unsurpassed as he studied these topics at the University. More important was his personal connection to these places, where he spent time in childhood. Multiply all of this with his entertaining style, careful attention to customer service and friendly manner and you will find the best day you will have in Italy.

Amazing day in Puglia
We were lucky enough to visit Alberobello and Matera with Vito as our guide. On that day, it was just the two of us (my partner and me), which made the experience even more personal and special. Vito is exceptionally knowledgeable about history, incredibly kind, and has a wonderful sense of humor. He shared his knowledge in such an engaging and enjoyable way that we learned so much while having a fantastic time.
