The tour was fantastic. It does involve a fair bit of driving to and from the sites, but it it well worth it! A once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our guide Jefferson (Jeff Moon) was the best. Very informative and clear in his guidance and help but not over the top or pushy. Would highly recommend this tour and asking for Jeff.
Great tour of a UNESCO site, make sure you do the Zipline yewww
We went as a family of 5, with young adults and young kids. It’s something kids didn’t want to do but we really enjoyed it. Transfer from hotel, to motorboat (10-15 min ride to cave entrance), ride in paddle boat itself to minimise noise etc. audio sound in multiple languages provided for free and it’s amazing as no one needs to talk. Things to note- it’s a really winding road - if you have motion sickness take tablets. Knees down you could get wet. I would couple this with ugong rock trip which is close by.

The underground cave and lake was amazing! Just beware it’s a long day of driving and sitting around. Pick up 8am and drop off at 6pm. 5 hours in a mini van. If you don’t do the optional zip line or the mangrove tour you just have to wait around for 1.5/2 hours for others to do it. In total we did a boat ride to the lake for 15 minutes, the lake/cave kayak for 45 minutes and a boat ride back for 15 minutes. And a lot of waiting around or driving.
Everything was very organized and my tour guide did an amazing job. The underground river was absolutely mesmerizing, would recommend to anyone!
Very good trip with a good guide and drivet
If you do the zip line be prepared to go strait up the hill seamed like 10 miles but not really. Took me 30 minutes but then I'm 80 years old. Lot of resting. But was really fun once I got to the top and got my first zip line ride. The underground river was interesting couldn't take any pictures really dark inside. The guide had a head lamp that highlighted the different designs and the head set explained the the river very well. The lunch was okay a lot to chose from. Wish there more people to help on the zip line climb. Would recommend.
