The good, the bad, and the ugly of our Hoover Dam tour
Our driver Richard on bus 1957 had a very loud voice; although we asked him to turn down the volume on multiple occasions, his non-ending commentary continued almost incessantly during the tour. It made it difficult for us to relax and enjoy the tour. The tour was listed as a 4 1/2 hour tour; however, Richard made additional photo opportunity
stops on the way back from Hoover Dam and as a result we were one hour late getting back into town.
The movie at the Hoover Dam as well as the power plant tour and exhibitions at the dam were excellent.

A must when going to the Hoover Dam
You do need a guide who doesn’t have a strong accent. I couldn’t understand 1/2 the historical information. So got a book. Otherwise it is definitely worth getting the tour.

Great Way to Spend Half a Day in Vegas!
Might run a little behind schedule, but an awesome tour! We had a great tour guide (Oscar) who was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time for pictures and souvenirs. The dam was awesome and the tour inside was interactive and engaging!

Great tour!
To get to the bridge to take good pictures of hoover dam from a distance. You have to hike up sixty nine stairs or take a handicap ramp. Take water and a hat with you. But hold on to your hat, as it can get windy at the top. Definitely wear sunscreen. Our driver Chris was so kind and made sure that everybody had plenty of water and the best places to stop for pictures. The hoover dam tour itself lasts about thirty minutes after you watch a fifteen minute video. You go to two different locations in the dam. This is a Federal Facility, so it is not typically open to the public. We felt very lucky to be able to get inside.

Ok but late
Bus was more than 30 minutes late at pickup. Didn’t leave town until 9:45 instead of 9. Got back about 1 hour late. Tour guide cancelled so bus driver did it. Wasn’t great.

Awesome Hoover Dam Tour - Chris Was Excellent!
We had an amazing experience on the Ultimate Hoover Dam Tour with Gray line! Our driver, Chris, was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, detailed, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire trip. He explained the history and different sights along the way in a way that made the tour even more interesting and enjoyable. The tour was well organized, comfortable, and definitely worth it. Chris made the experience extra special with his great personality and all the information he shared. I would highly recommend Gray Line and especially Chris to anyone visiting Las Vegas and wanting to see Hoover Dam. Five Stars all the way!

Great tour
Michael was a great tour guide,lots of laughs and very knowledgeable.
Hoover Dam itself was absolutely amazing, the structure is a stand out in saying that we were a tad disappointed in the plant tour,it was basic to what we expected and hubby being in the construction industry and we weren't told you could apparently upgrade.
