Great walking and history tour about Brisbane. Went with a few colleagues all traveling for work.
Tom shared important cultural events and ideas, describing ideas and resources necessary for carrying groups and customs into the future. We started with a decent overview, introductions and then got walking. You can literally see how the diverse cultures have left their architectural impressions on the city and culture. It was just the right time for a morning cuppa and treat before checking out the cultural epicentre of the city, some language games, tons of photos and finished with a lively chat and quiet drink
Very good tour with lots of information! Tom is a great guide with lots of experience. He is very informant is able to answer all your questions. You also get a great walk around Brisbane to learn the city and culture alike. Plenty of opportunities for great photos.
Great walking tour with Tom! Enjoyed learning a detailed history of the city plus modern culture like street art. We had an active toddler with us and Tom was very accommodating with stroller accessible routes, plus a much needed coffee break at a wonderful hole-in-the-wall spot! Loved the finishing touch of sharing beers together as a group by the river.
Best way to experience a city is a walking tour and Tom did not disappoint! I learned a lot of history and about the city during the tour. Tom was a knowledgeable and funny tour guide! I would suggest this tour to anyone wanting to know about Brisbane.
A good introduction to the city, we didn’t know Brisbane at all & found this trip helped provide us with a good basic understanding

Good way to spend a day in Brisbane. Very informative. Great tour guide. Well done Ryan.
Really appreciate your awesome review! Ryan will be thrilled to know he made such a positive impression. Justin from Local Sauce Tours
I really enjoyed the walking tour with Saskia, especially the street art and the great stories she told. Despite the inclement weather we all had a great time and learned alot about Brisbane in the early days of settlement. Given the bad weather it would have been nice to finish the tour inside rather than outside a bar, but other than that I can highly recommend the tour.
Great to hear you enjoyed the walking tour with Saskia, and I’m so glad the street art and her stories made it memorable despite the rain! Appreciate your input about the tour’s ending spot; unfortunately, it isn't always possible to adjust these things on wet days, but we'll keep it in mind. Cheers, Justin from Local Sauce Tours
Ryan was a great storyteller on facts relating to the history of Brisbane. A most enjoyable morning and he accommodated our needs relating to when we had to conclude the walk. We were the only participants which meant we could ask questions relating to our interests.
Thrilled to hear you had such a fantastic morning with Ryan as your guide! So glad he could tailor the walk to suit your timing and interests. Appreciate the kind words, and I'll be sure to share your feedback with him. Cheers, Justin from Local Sauce Tours
