Please provide when booking: • Flight number • Arrival time • Drop-off location — Google Maps link or hotel name (2) City → Airport | Drop-Off Your driver will pick you up from your specified location in Ulaanbaatar. Please provide when booking: • Pick-up location — Google Maps link or hotel name • Pick-up time • Flight number • Flight departure time Important: Ulaanbaatar traffic can be heavy and unpredictable, so we strongly recommend allowing sufficient time for your journey and arriving at the airport well in advance. Your transfer operates according to the pick-up time you select when booking. We cannot be held responsible for a missed flight caused by an insufficiently early pick-up time or travel time chosen by the passenger. For both airport pick-up and drop-off, please provide accurate flight details and location information to ensure smooth coordination.

Never showed up. Canceled on me. No explanation. Do not use this service. They should be deleted from Viator as a vendor. They had the availability, but they canceled on me twice. You deserve better. Use another service.
They never showed up. They canceled on me twice. I would never use this organization again and I think they should be taken off of Viator as a vendor. No explanation for a cancellation. To leave it tourist stranded this way is unacceptable.
Poor and rude communication. Messaged me asking me to cancel my booking, rather than cancel it themselves.
The flight was delayed for about an hour, but they waited for us, so I think that was very good. But I was driving 135 kilometers on a road with a speed limit of 80. I was really scared. I was so anxious that I might have an accident.
Driver was on time and vehicle was very clean and very comfortable. Only concern was not being informed of pickup time at hotel until the afternoon before a morning pickup, however, the airport transfer was very smooth.

Super smooth. The driver was waiting with a name card as we came through immigration. It was nice not to have to search for transportation after a long flight.

it is not yet very touristy, but it is becoming so with all these resorts under construction. some museums, very beautiful temples
