Turkish Bath Hamam Spa Experience

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and recommendation! ❤️ We’re delighted that you found your Turkish Bath – Hamam Experience relaxing and easy to arrange during your cruise stop in Bodrum. We’re especially pleased that the pick-up point near the cruise port was convenient. And yes, swimsuits are absolutely welcome—in fact, most of our international guests prefer to wear them during their Bodrum Hamam experience. 😊 The traditional scrub and foam wash are at the heart of the experience, while additional massages and treatments can be added for guests who would like even more relaxation. Thank you for highlighting our comfortable relaxation area and friendly service. For cruise visitors looking for an authentic Bodrum Turkish Bath close to the port, we believe it’s a wonderful way to experience a Turkish tradition while still having plenty of time to enjoy Bodrum. We hope to welcome you back on your next visit! 🇹🇷❤️

Thank you for your kind review! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the clean facilities, friendly team and professional massage. We’re also glad you had the opportunity to experience a traditional Turkish hamam in Bodrum. We appreciate your note regarding the drinks and will make sure our guests have clear information about what is included. We hope to welcome you again!

We are sorry that you left with such a negative impression. However, we would like to clarify an important point: this incident did not take place at our office or involve our staff. The hamam is a separate establishment, and we were not present during your visit. From your description, it is also unclear who was speaking at reception—whether a hamam employee, another guest, or a driver/representative from another agency. We therefore cannot reasonably accept responsibility for a conversation when the identity of the person involved is unknown. We take guest feedback seriously, but we believe reviews should reflect the service actually provided by the company being reviewed. We are happy to investigate any specific complaint concerning our own service, but we cannot be responsible for every conversation taking place at a third-party venue.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that the timing of your experience was longer than expected, but we would like to clarify a few points for future travellers reading this review. The experience is clearly advertised as approximately 2.5 hours. On busy cruise-ship days, Bodrum and the surrounding area can become extremely crowded, and traffic, road conditions and the number of guests arriving at the facility can unfortunately cause additional waiting time. These are external circumstances that are beyond our control and can affect the total time of an excursion. The Turkish Bath itself was provided as described, and the services included in your booking were delivered. The facility is located outside the immediate town centre, as indicated in the tour information, rather than being a city-centre hamam. We also understand that you may not have enjoyed the additional service offers, but these are optional and guests are free to decline them. We have been operating in Bodrum since 1990 and take guest feedback seriously. We always want our customers to have a smooth experience, but we also believe that external factors such as exceptional traffic and unavoidable waiting times should be considered when evaluating the service actually provided. While we respect your personal opinion, we believe that a “Do not book this” recommendation and a one-star rating do not fairly reflect the services that were included in and delivered through your booking. Kind regards, Bodrumtour Team

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Turkish Bath experience and were happy with the facilities, our staff, and especially the pickup and drop-off service.
