For the 2nd time VIATOR messed up the meeting times. The providers ask for 15 minutes before the start of the tour and our guide sent me a message at 10:00 AM, the time agreed upon by VIATOR, to tell me she was leaving. Fortunately 30s later, I was with her. Now, great guide who, despite the tour being scheduled in English, which posed no problem for us, did it in French. Great knowledge, attention to detail. It was perfect!!!
