Turin Airport Private Departure Transfer

We had a great ski trip at Sauze D'oulx for the week, when done we, 12 in total parents and kids arrived at Torino departure area checkin desk. We were going since 5am transfer for an 11am flight. The lady at the Chekin desk (A5) was amazing, and sorted our checkin with superb efficiency, she has us all checked in and bags loaded in 5 minutes. 👌 We then made our way through passport control. Then to Gate 3. We were flying with Tui Airways. The flight was delayed by 2 hours and....There were no seats to sit on. 12 members of my young family and friends had to sit on the dirty floor, as two hours was too long to stand. All other passengers were expected to stand or sit on the floor.. We approached one of the staff,, and his response was" that is how the airport was designed"!!! What organising would it have taken Torino Airport Authority to provide seats....Flight waiting areas to, Birmingham, Manchester and other destinations were all provided with some seating. The "Irish flight" waiting area was provided with none. Is this because the Italian airport believe the Irish won't complain and put up with the shoddy service provided. In the current Covid pandemic it is not sanitary to sit on floors waiting for flights. Shame on you Torino Airport Authority......

Excellent. Driver there on time. No problem getting to our hotel. Great

What a great way to arrive after a couple of bad experiences at other airports I booked via viator and it was great service and made us feel special,

They met me at the hotel at the contracted time and got me to the airport in plenty of time for my flight. I liked this service because I could prepay with my credit card and did not have to worry about carrying extra cash to pay for the transfer.

The driver was prompt, courteous and the trip to the airport smooth. The driver was even playing an English language radio station. I had to change my pickup time, the day before, to an hour earlier and they were very accommodating. Thank you.

Transport from the hotel to the Airport went very smoothly. I found that Viator with there sms alerts a few days before departure were very handy. I would definitely recommend them as first class transport service. It just takes out the worry if you organize this before your holidays begin.

I phoned to confirm collection time on Sunday 4th Nov and was told the office is shut. However, your website offers a 24/7 service.

While the journey was very pleasant, the cost was very extravagant at £84 from Turin central to airport.
