Pablo is the best!

Pablo was an excellent guide. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He was an absolute delight and made the day even better! We enjoyed all of the different activities very much. The Nohoch cenote and Mayan lunch were exceptionally wonderful. Highly recommend!

Perfect day to see it all

Such a great day! Our guide Ivan was incredible and made everyone feel safe and comfortable, along with giving us some great info everywhere we went. We had a fearful 10yo with us and he chauffeured her around all the water activities, ensuring she was safe, saw everything and had a great time! Our driver Cesar was quietly behind the scenes, setting up and taking down, remembering everyone’s items, ensuring we were hydrated and happy. We had a great group and would definitely recommend again!

Amazing experience in...

Amazing experience in Tulum! 🌴✨ We were lucky to have the best Oto guide: he speaks French, Spanish and English perfectly, which makes the tour super pleasant. His explanations of the story are clear, interesting and very well told. Besides, he’s funny, nice and sets a great mood — you never get bored with him! Between the ruins, the cenote and swimming with turtles, everything was magical 🤩 I recommend 100%, really the best guide! oto🙌🔥

Pablo was fantastic!

We got to do 2 of the 3 activities on our excursion. Pablo, our guide, shared with us that the government had closed the area with turtles due to weather. He gave options and our group opted to receive a portion of the cost refunded and arrive earlier back to the hotel. The refund was sent within 20 minutes. Our guide Pablo was absolutely fantastic. He was just the right mix of knowledge, relationship building, and quick wit. Communication around transport to/from the excursion was somewhat confusing. In the booking process Viator’s system showed that transport was not offered to/from our hotel, but after contacting NS Tours directly I learned it was included.

Top Notch Excursion

This excursion was truly the highlight of our trip to Mexico. From start to finish, it exceeded every expectation. We visited Tulum and learned so much about Mayan culture thanks to our guide, Juan Ramon, who was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. He brought the history to life in a way that made the experience meaningful, not just informational. The absolute highlight, though, was swimming in the cenote. Words honestly can’t capture how beautiful and magical it was. I went in not knowing what to expect and was completely blown away. It was one of those rare, unforgettable experiences that stays with you. We were originally supposed to snorkel with sea turtles as well, but the beach was closed by the government due to rough conditions. Our guide, Pablo, handled this with complete honesty and professionalism. He offered us alternative options or a partial refund, which we really appreciated. That kind of integrity says a lot. Pablo was fantastic—knowledgeable, funny, and clearly passionate about what he does. You could tell he genuinely loves sharing his country with others, especially experiences like the cenote. He didn’t just guide us—he elevated the entire day. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the area. It was memorable, meaningful, and beautifully done.

Best company!

Mother Nature didn’t cooperate with our plans and caused the National park for turtle portion to cancel. The host was awesome, Pablo and driver tom cruise lol, to have multiple options. The option we went with was partial refund, even Viator, 4 thumbs up, was prompt to notify on refund of the missed excursion

Such a magical experience!

We had the best time in our tour today of the Mayan ruins and swimming in the cenotes! Our tour guides were so incredibly knowledgeable. We did not get to swim with the turtles because it was closed for some reason but that still didn’t take away from all of the beautiful culture we got to experience here!
