We would like to clarify a few important points regarding our operations. All of our guides are thoroughly trained in water sports and certified in water rescue procedures and first aid. Additionally, we use equipment exclusively from internationally recognized safety brands that meet recommended standards for this type of activity. Before entering the river, every guest receives a safety induction conducted in calm waters. This briefing is specifically designed to prepare participants for real-river conditions, including what to do in the event of a fall from the tube and how to position themselves safely in moving water. River conditions can naturally vary depending on weather and recent rainfall, and on occasions currents may be stronger than anticipated. When this occurs, our guides are trained to adapt the experience and provide assistance as needed. We regret if, in your case, this was not perceived adequately and we take this feedback seriously. Your comments have been shared with our operations team as part of our continuous review process, as we are always looking for ways to improve communication, supervision ratios, and overall guest experience.
