Helpful, good communication
Communication before we arrived at the airport was good. A bit confusing after we found the contact as then had to wait with others until the walk to the cab but think this is normal for Istanbul airport. Driver didn’t speak English ‘I’m Turkish…’.
Return transfer was with another company but as I’d had no communication from them and couldn’t contact them I cancelled and rebooked with these guys. This guy spoke English and gave us tea! Efficient and helpful.

Late pick up for Airport transfer.
Booked a car to Airport, requested a on time service but still driver came 15 minutes late and the. took a toll free route to Airport. Make me worried until we reached Airport 45 minutes later than planned.

Transfer from Istanbul Airport via Booking
The trip took place. One remark, we were standing at the exit of the arrivals area as it was written in the instructions from Booking waited 40 minutes .There was no greeter.By calling the said phone we found out that it was necessary to go to gate 14 and there was a person at the pick-up point. A video instruction was sent to the phone. Then everything was fine. You should immediately send an instruction or tell them to call on arrival.I hope the return transfer will go without adventure.In general, I recommend. Price is good, cars are good. The driver is good.

Waiting - reality did not coincide.
When booking the transfer via booking, it was clearly written that a minivan for 4 people would arrive, eventually a minibus for 12 people would arrive. Both in booking and when you wrote to your personal number, everywhere asked who to meet. Everywhere indicated that there would be a family of two and of names. But still the driver was looking for the person who made the reservation. How come?! The car smelled disgusting. The driver turned on the Turkish Guide.

We’ve booked transfer from/to the airport directly on Booking.com, that is very convenient because the information about destination (hotel) is already provided by Booking. The price was good, cheaper than in other places, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it. Thank you.
