They don’t know when fountain is open or being cleaned. Gave me tickets priority line for 11:30am on 8th June fountain was drained and not open till 2pm. I had Vatican Museum booked for 3pm and other commitments and could not go back later as they suggested wished 14 Euros on booking with these guys beware! They haven’t offered refund beware!

Tour operator was not possible to find. Booked an audio guide tour— couldn’t find the line. Trevor fountain incredibly crowded and no way to find audio guide your. Waste of money. Expected better from VIATOR tour.
Dear Denise, as stated in the description, this experience has no meeting point, which is why no tour operator was present. All entrance details, photos, audioguide instructions and tickets were sent the day before. Trevi Fountain is one of Rome’s highlights, so crowds are normal and not related to the product purchased.
Absolute chaos no matter where you stand or go. You don't actually get to skip the line or fast track , queue like everyone else it's as simple as that

Closer to the entrance, these routes merge, which can sometimes create the impression that everyone is joining the same queue. During particularly busy periods, a short wait may still be necessary due to the high number of visitors, but the reservation system is designed to make access smoother and more predictable. There is really no need to buy tickets. You have a nice view from the place where you can stand without paying.

Two of us paid £11 each for a fastrack visit to discover that on a Sunday everypne pays £2 for access to same areas, and in the same queue.
We would like to clarify that, although the final stretch of the entrance corridor may merge, the first part is separated between visitors who already hold a valid ticket and those who need to purchase one on site. On busy days, this distinction can result in significantly longer waiting times for those buying tickets at the venue. Additionally, the product you purchased includes an audio guide, which is not part of the standard on-site €2 entry option. For these reasons, while we understand that your perception may stem from an incomplete evaluation of the services received, we must firmly reject the suggestion that you were cheated.
