Full-Day Tour – Swakopmund & Moon Landscape 08:30 – Pickup at Your Accommodation Swakopmund/WavisBay Your guide will collect you at your accommodation. Morning Drive Through Swakopmund We start the day with a slow drive through town, passing some of Swakopmund’s most iconic historical buildings. Other forgotten colonial-era landmarks that still whisper stories of the past. Short refreshment and bathroom break before leaving town for the desert. Enter the Moon Landscape We head into the dramatic valleys of the Moon Landscape, stopping at several viewpoints to admire the scenery that looks like the surface of another planet. Picnic in the Moon Landscape. Visit the Welwitschia Plants Continue into the desert to discover the legendary Welwitschia mirabilis, a true Namibian natural wonder. Scenic Drive Back On our way back, we stop at a few more viewpoints for last photos of the desert’s unique shapes and textures. 16:30 – Drop-Off at Your Accommodation Return to your accommodation.

Our day took in a visit to the Moon Landscape. Amazing scenery. You can see why it is named as you could be on the moon. Another day with our guide Japie who, as usual, provided us with another great experience. M. A. We booked this tour to the moon landscape and the welwitschia plants. We had the best of times with our guide Alex! He really accommodated to all our wishes, for photo stops or info on pants and wildlife. The adventurous drive was so fun and also smooth, considering the off-road experience! And the Picknick in the middle of „nowhere“ was fantastic. What a highlight!! We can highly recommend this tour!!! Thanks for a great afternoon!
