Once we met up the ride to our hotel was very nice. I had to get Viator involved because we landed at 9am and by 10 we still had not heard from him. At 10:15 and after chatting with Viator he called. The driver was very nice and friendly he went out of his way to find us at the airport which we appreciated. All in all not a bad experience but better communication would have helped much more.
