Terrible experience. Be careful, they’re scammers
Terrible experience, total lack of transparency, and disgraceful customer service
I strongly advise against renting a vehicle with this company. The insurance coverage they promote is completely misleading. The so-called tire excess fee is nothing short of a scam: they force you to pay for the full repair of the tire out of pocket, and on top of that, they charge you 150 euros (120 euros for the full excess plus an additional 30-euro "admin fee" for managing something you already paid for yourself).
The insurance coverage outside of Bulgaria is useless and offers zero peace of mind during your trip. To make matters worse, the customer support is appalling—the agents were extremely rude and unhelpful when asked for explanations.
Due to this clear abuse and unjustified charges, I have officially filed a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities. Save yourself the stress and rent from a transparent, honest company instead.

We would like to clarify that as a spare tire was available in the vehicle, Article 10.9 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement requires the customer to replace the damaged tire with the spare tire themselves. As this was not done, any services provided by the third party, including the related costs, remain at the renter's expense.
Regarding the €120 excess and the €30 administrative fee, we would like to clarify that both charges are based on the rights and obligations set out under the additional Top Protection coverage included in your rental.
Under this coverage, your financial liability for tire damage is limited to €120. This excess applies whenever a damaged tire needs to be replaced.
The €30 administrative fee also forms part of the applicable damage procedure. It is charged when new damage occurs to a rental vehicle and covers the administrative work required to process and resolve the damage, including its assessment, documentation and handling.
We fully understand that this situation has caused you inconvenience. However, our team made every reasonable effort to assist you under the circumstances, and the charges were applied in accordance with the agreed Rental Terms and the coverage included in your rental. Based on the circumstances of the case and the applicable Terms & Conditions, we consider that our contractual obligations were fulfilled.

Excellent service!
Excellent rent-a-car service in Bulgaria. Well maintained cars and you can choose in advance the exact make and model of the car. Clearly stipulated rules that you can read in advance on their web site. Friendly and professional staff. Reasonable pricing, including their Top Protection. Bulgaria trip
The service was fine, the ride from Sofia to the East went well. It was just very unfortunate that there was a constant error message on the Dashboard. After good consultation, it was decided to continue driving all week but it does cause stress and you don't want that during your vacation.
