I would like to record my feedback regarding the experience we had with the services contracted. We met the company on YouTube with tips videos and tours in Foz do Iguaçu, we researched and looked with great recommendations. Our group consisted of three elderly people with reduced mobility, which is why we planned and contracted private tours in advance, seeking comfort, safety and quality. Initial and commercial care: The first contact with the young man was excellent. However, the sequence of the care was carried out by Lidiane, who proved extremely rigid throughout the process. I requested the change of attendant on two occasions, but I was informed by her that it would not be possible because the reservation was already under her responsibility. Transfer Airport x Hotel: When we arrived at the airport, the driver was not in the matched location. After 15 minutes of waiting, he entered the airport buffering, didn't even answer the "good day", just asked the name and left walking fast, the car had 2 broken benches. Tour to Paraguay: We hire and pay for a private van (for up to 15 people) with a guide, as shown in the voucher and conversations via WhatsApp. However, a Freemont model vehicle (for 6 people) was sent. This drastically limited our space and prevented us from making the purchases we had planned. Also, the guide, though very kind, did not accompany us to the shops. None of the two services (private van and guide in the shopping) were delivered as promised. Tour to Argentina: Again, instead of the contracted van, they sent a smaller vehicle (Spin). I'd already report this error earlier by phone, but the problem repeated itself. We contracted in advance looking for comfort, but the lack of care at the conference of what was sold and what was effectively delivered became evident. Professionals who stand out positively: Despite all the disturbances, I would like to highlight and thank the care of some staff professionals who showed respect: the after-sales of Gabriela (at Hotel JL by Bourbon), the attention and agility of Kerol to solve the car problem for our last ride. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention, non-compliance of the contractor and poor service in the sales process, the overall experience was much lower than expected for a company with more than 30 years. Simple problems that could have been avoided with a minimum of organization and respect for the customer. I hope this report serves to improve the basic processes and service of the company.

I would like to praise the care of Julyanne from Loumar Tourism. She was very attentive, professional and very competent throughout the organization of our tours. Congratulations on your attention! We will definitely return, and we will close the other tours directly with her.

In addition to the shopping tour in Paraguay, we also had lunch in Argentina and dinner Kattamaram II. All transfers followed the agreed schedule, the drivers were always very attentive and made a guide indicating locations and establishments, no pressure where to go, only indicating exactly. The vans were very comfortable and the ones we used were very clean.

I met Loumar by reference from a friend. My experience with the company was great: they are very helpful and the service is super efficient. He explained everything very well and even gave tips on the best shoppings in Paraguay, which helps a lot who is going for the first time. We hired the transfer service to Paraguay and had an excellent experience with Loumar Tourism. The driver Hugo picked us up at the lodging, was extremely professional, punctual and attentive, in addition to sharing several useful tips during the journey, which made all the difference. I used the transportation to shop in Paraguay and bought a ticket to itaipu with Loumar. They have personal care in the city's major hotels.
