Very professional driver. He was waiting for us outside the cruise terminal with a visible sign. Very quickly we were out of the port and on the way to Venezia. Will highly recommend.

I highly recommend this...
I highly recommend this service. We arrived early at the Ravenna port where we were met by our driver, Marco. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and engaging during our 2 hour plus ride to the water taxi transfer station to our hotel. Post the ride, he sent us amazing local Venice restaurant and bar recommendations.

An exciting trip from Ravenna to Venice!

The driver picked us up...
The driver picked us up at the Ravenna cruise terminal and delivered us to the main boat station in Venice. Unfortunately due to inclement weather that day we could not be taken directly to the canal entrance of our hotel. Instead we were taken to a dock on one of the more principal canals and had to walk about 15 min (through the rain) with our luggage. The young man assigned to us for tue boarding ride was courteous and assisted with rolling our luggage to the hotel (we appreciated this service); however it would have been good to have been notified beforehand what our options were to avoid the walk in the rain.

On that day, the unusually high tide level, combined with the weather conditions, made it impossible for the water taxi to reach the canal entrance closest to your hotel. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control and, for safety reasons, the alternative drop-off point had to be used. We do understand, however, that walking for approximately 15 minutes in the rain with your luggage was not ideal. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will do our best to ensure that guests are informed as clearly as possible about any necessary changes to the drop-off arrangements. Ravenna to Venice in style
We wanted to tour Ravenna on our way from the cruise port to Venice and found this company online. They met us after we departed our ship and took us into Ravenna for a 2 hour guided tour (which was a highlight of our entire vacation). The murals and architecture in Ravenna were awesome! Afterwards our guide provided us with a great recommendation for lunch. Then our driver picked us up and took us to the outskirts of Venice. To finish the trip, they arranged a private water taxi which took us directly to our hotel’s front door. Outstanding day thanks to Luxer Incoming’s awesome service.

Do not use this service.
The company that cancelled and left us stranded. We had to find our own way to Venice. We had terrible experience and to this date we have not been refunded.
