When we arrived at O Hare Airport our driver Luis contacted us via WhatsApp to let us know he was at the airport waiting for us. After we had collected our luggage, we gave him a quick call to let him know which entrance we were at and a few minutes later he arrived, he put luggage in the trunk and an hour or so later, we were at our hotel. Luis got us there safely and the price was already agreed as we had booked it all before we left the UK. Great service, thank you.
