Transfer Service to Rome - Impeccable Experience
This was a simple transfer from the cruise ship to Rome. About 45 mins - 1 hour drive. But the service was so professional. It arrived on time and even though the traffic was crazy we arrived in Rome on time. Our drop off point was perfect, on a hill next to the Colosseum so pick up was outside of traffic and our driver was waiting for us when we arrived. The driver was professional and we felt safe the entire time. I highly recommend this service.

Disappointing
We paid for round trip and were told when the driver arrived that it was only one way. Very disappointed.

each service is sent to us with a code that represents the service itself, and in addition the transport service from Civitavecchia to Rome is written that the service is private and one way, if there were other services there would have been other codes, and in addition everything is written on the product offer

Port Transfer
Driver was great! Punctual and very helpful! It was chaos getting off the ship but this made it a lot easier knowing we had a driver already there.

Horrible experience….DO NOT USE.
Texted to confirm pickup time the day before. Van never showed up to pick us up. When I spoke with the company they said I had called the day before and asked to be picked up in Rome at my drop off hotel. That was not true. I had never called them and only texted to confirm my pickup time (which I had the chat thread through Viator app.). They then hung up on me. I called back and they said to get my own ride and they would issue a refund (which they did). However, the port was chaos. It was very difficult to find a taxi. Ended up having to share one with 4 other people and go to the airport before being taken to Rome. That ride ended up costing me 70 euros more than my booked ride. Horrible experience. Highly DO NOT recommend.
