We do include information about what is and isn’t covered—like transportation and entrance fees—on the booking page, and we hope guests are able to review and understand these details when making a reservation. That said, we understand it might not always be easy to notice everything, so we’ll continue doing our best to make the information clearer and easier to follow. At the beginning of every tour, we always take time to explain the day’s plan in detail—including where we’ll go, how we’ll get there, and the general flow of the day—and confirm it with our guests. If there are any preferences or requests at that time, we’re more than happy to adjust the itinerary as much as possible to better suit each guest’s expectations.
