We hired a private car service for three days, and I couldn't be happier that Putu was our driver and guide in Ubud. He is an exceptional person, an excellent driver, and a fantastic guide. During our stay, he took us to beautiful places, including some hidden gems away from the usual tourist crowds, which made the experience even more special. He was always attentive to our needs and made sure everything went smoothly so we could enjoy every moment of our trip. After Bali, we were traveling to Gili Air, and Putu organized an amazing private snorkeling boat trip for us. He also helped arrange an excursion to Nusa Penida, where we had the incredible opportunity to see the giant manta rays. His support and dedication went far beyond what we expected from a private driver. Thanks to Putu, our vacation has been truly unforgettable, and we are taking home wonderful memories of Bali, especially of the kindness and hospitality of its people. We booked a 3-day tour and it was a fantastic experience. Komong, our Spanish-speaking guide, was excellent: very attentive, kind, and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves to the fullest. I booked the services of Wayan Juliana after having read very good reviews on the forum travelers, and it was quite a success. He is a charming man, who has taught us for 4 days several places in Bali, taking us to less touristy and therefore less crowded sites, and reaching others early to avoid large crowds. He speaks pretty good Spanish, which is great for us. Always punctual, with fresh water and willing to take all the necessary photos. Thank you so much Wayan.

Our guide and driver (pande) was amazing. Discover the culture, history and the best corners of the island. He took us to beautiful places and gave us very interesting information that made each visit so much more meaningful. One thing we highly value is that it was an excellent guide in Spanish, which greatly facilitated communication and allowed us to understand and enjoy every detail of the tour without worry. That made a big difference to us. I traveled with my mom and she really made us feel safe, accompanied and very comfortable at all times. He was always attentive to our needs and adapted the pace of the tour to us. It certainly made our trip even more special. We recommend it 100%!

We paid tour yesterday morning and they confined us and charged us, it was today at 8:00 and no one showed up, we called and they told us that there was no reservation of TripAdvisor and that they arranged it that they came at 9:00, at that time they sent us a message saying that they were not coming and we lay in the hotel with girls!! A disgrace!! A mess!! We've been messed up by the trip. Don't book by TripAdvisor that they take super commission and leave you lying down the responsibility is theirs

Bad experience, we hired him because of the pictures that had happened to us and when the day came another driver introduced himself and told us that Wayan could not. Too bad. Plus the driver didn't speak Spanish, so in English but it wasn't what we wanted or had hired

I would like to thank Mr Wayan and LorenzoBali for their professionalism. We had a very good experience. We have booked a 3 day tour from Ubud to see the island. It was always very punctual at the agreed time in our hotel, clean car and with AC. During these 3 days we have visited all the temples, waterfalls and rice paddies that we wanted to see in addition to any other attraction that they suggested. We contacted Wayan and did the tour with Pande, an excellent driver and guide, he speaks Spanish very well. We had very few days in Bali and we saw everything we wanted and he recommended places that were not so many people. We will recommend it to friends, thank you Pande

We hire four excursions one for each day. Our driver Lorenzo speaks Spanish. He is a great Pro and knows Bali in depth. Good driver.. Thanks to him we have enjoyed very much and have known magical places. Always willing to help. It adapts seamlessly to any changes or suggestions and most importantly always friendly and chatty.
