Top Of The World Side X Side UTV Tour

We loved this tour! It definitely got our adrenaline pumping. Alonso was an amazing guide- super kind and friendly! 10/10- would recommend to thrill seekers :)

Our UTV tour was one of the highlights of our trip! Darwin and his crew were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure everyone felt safe while keeping the ride exciting. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were with our 3- and 6-year-old boys. They made them feel included, checked on them throughout the tour, and adjusted the pace when needed so our whole family could enjoy the adventure. The scenery was beautiful, the UTVs were well-maintained, and the entire experience was organized from start to finish. If you're traveling with children and looking for an adventure that's both exciting and family-friendly, I highly recommend this tour. We made incredible memories and would absolutely do it again!

Our third year doing side-by-sides in CR and this year didn’t disappoint! Darwin was awesome, the beaches were gorgeous, and the view from the mountains was incredible. Despite being rainy season, it was a very dry, dusty day with minimal puddles (although we did manage to get VERY muddy). He didn’t have enough goggles for our whole group, which wasn’t great, but those of us with sunglasses survived well enough. Just wish we had a “tail,” as our 4th UTV ran a little slower and they lost us twice.

What a fun excursion! We did the UTV excursion with Darwin. He took us to various beaches - five of them to be exact. We saw herons, monkeys and a long brightly patterned snake hidden among rocks at the mangroves. We went to a viewpoint area where we could see the area from way up high. We ended the trip with lunch at a DELICIOUS restaurant. The food was so good! And decently priced. Try the fried yuca and shrimp ceviche. The kids and adults were both happy with full tummies and hearts full of adventure. The cliffs were steep, especially at the lookout viewpoint area. And you WILL get dirty. Wear the provided goggles, or at least sunglasses. And prepare to get wet. We stopped at two beaches to swim. One was a black sand beach. Well worth the price and the locals were so friendly. Darwin was friendly, knowledgeable and showed us so much. Loved it! Would highly recommend!

Top of the world atv tour is now the best part of our trip … having never driven an atv I picked it up pretty quickly with instruction from Darwin. The experience was amazing! Driving up the mountain seeing the views and visiting 5 beaches. We’re excited to come back again after rainy season and do this atv tour again. Soo worth it. Would highly recommend!

Booked this tour and was overjoyed with our experience! Our guide took us to numerous spots to see Costa Rica! Our 3 hr ride included off roading, water, hills, numerous beaches & stunning views! It was so phenomenal and was one of my son's favorite excursions on our 2 wks in Costa Rica!

Guillermo did an amazing job showing us the different beaches and neighborhoods I the area. He took of us about each stop. I highly recommend going to The Top of the World lookout!

Darwin was an awesome guide very knowledgeable and knows the equipment! The tour is through multiple types or areas and on multiple types or surfaces! Costa Rica's roads are like driving off-road anyway! HAHAH A lot of ups and downs but some really fun riding!!! Beautiful view from the "Top of the World" tour stop!

We did the top of the world ATV tour with Jose and it was the highlight of our trip! Jose was very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I would definitely recommend doing the ATV tour. 10/10

We booked this trip in advance for a 11:00 start time. We got an email at 10:15 stating that our trip was being pushed back to 12:15. We were already on our way. We wrote back advising we would have preferred more notice. They wrote us and said no problem we will leave on time. We didn’t leave on time at all, we had to wait around for quite a while. Then they told us that we would have to do the jet skis early in the day, rather than at the end (as advertised). We proceeded, as we weren’t given any choice (or notice). We found the first part of UTV experience to be fun. But then we did the jet skis. The jet skis were also fun. Please note that the jet ski people must be paid onsite at the beach, so bring cash, we didn’t. They do accept credit cards but there’s an additional fee. What was not fun was driving the UTVs after we got soaking wet from the jet skis. There are literally clouds of dirt, no windshields and the dirt sticks to you when wet. We took a long drive through a rough area (with lots of trash) to get to a modest lunch spot. The lunch spot was fine but it was very hard to enjoy when covered in wet dirt. We ended up cutting our tour short to head back as it was not fun riding around wet, in clouds of dirt.
