The staff was excellent, the guide was very clear and entertaining, and the bus was comfortable The trip was very pleasant It is suggested to include the guide's company on the Toledo tour; time is better utilized that way Thanks 👍
everything was good, I liked the visit to Toledo
Our guide Pilar and our driver Noelia were absolutely excellent :))
The half day tour really isn’t a half day. It’s actually 8 hours from start to finish. Our tour guide was Arantxa and she’s very good. We walked a lot through Toledo including inside visits of the synagogue, a masterpiece painting of El Greco and the cathedral. We had time for a lunch break and souvenir shopping. She explained things well and we enjoyed our tour.
Dear Liz G, Thank you very much for your review and for your kind words about the guide We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Toledo, the monuments, and the explanations provided by our guide. We would like to clarify one point regarding the duration of the tour. Your reservation was for our half-day tour, which operates from 8:30 a.m. (departure from Madrid) until approximately 3:00 p.m. (arrival back in Madrid). Therefore, the scheduled duration is around 6.5 hours in total, including transportation time between Madrid and Toledo, and it is not an 8-hour tour. The only possible reason for a longer duration would be if, after the visit, you arrived late for the scheduled return departure from Toledo and, as a courtesy, you were allowed to return on the following available departure. This would not represent the actual duration of the half-day tour but rather an exceptional extension of your time in Toledo. In any case, thank you again for sharing your feedback. Kind regards
Quick, efficient, on time. The price was right. Super clean, modern busses. Tour was the perfect amount of time.
Dear Julie, Thank you for your great review! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the efficiency, punctuality, and comfort of the service. We truly appreciate your feedback. Kind regards
The bus we took to Toledo was very crowded and run down. The air didn’t work or circulate. The stop at the sword factory was too long and the walking tour was just OK.
Dear Kim, Thank you for your review. We're sorry that some aspects of the tour did not match your expectations. The stop at the sword factory is an established part of the itinerary and is clearly included in the tour description. It offers visitors the opportunity to learn about Toledo's centuries-old sword-making tradition, which many guests consider one of the highlights of the experience. Regarding the walking tour, we understand that every traveler has different interests. However, the guides are licensed professionals who provide an overview of Toledo's main historical landmarks within the scheduled time, and the tour consistently receives positive feedback from the majority of our guests. We also regret that you found the bus crowded and the ventilation unsatisfactory. We will share your comments with the transportation partner so they can review the vehicle's condition. Thank you again for your feedback.
Toledo should be on any list of must-sees in the Madrid area. Old beauty, history everywhere, and beyond charming, are just a few phrases that describe Toledo. Our guide gave us a great overview of the city. Several people had recommended this place, and it did not disappoint.
Thank you for your lovely comments. We are thrilled to know that Toledo exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed exploring this beautiful city full of history, culture, and charm. We are also pleased to hear that the guide contributed to making your experience even more memorable by sharing interesting insights about Toledo and its fascinating past.
Toledo is a unique place for history, religions and architecture. Half a day is short to visit the rich local stock.
