This has been awful! No one showed up to pick up at the airport. We were provided 2 phone numbers and called and the driver said the flight was in the morning? We provided the pick up and flight details correctly. We had to find a disabled assistant.
Dear Niko, you provided the ANA airline and arrival time of 4 but not provide 4 PM OR AM. Our assistant find an airline of ANA arrive from your city to Tokyo on 4 AM so driver wen to that plane. but your plane was in the afternoon! we have fully refund your payment. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
