I do not recommend this company. My flight was delayed and we arrived the next day and they didn’t want to pick us up… was so disappointing and a waste of money, having to deal with cancelled and delayed flights with children and a company that has no integrity. They took out money and didn’t pick us up… we also told them ahead of time that the flight was being cancelled/postponed 12 hours. A delayed/cancelled flight can happen to anyone, especially when dealing with layovers. They need to be more reliable and work with their customers.
What a stress free way to arrive! My contact, Mindy, kept us informed the entire day before we left. When our flight was delayed due to a tropical storm Mindy kept in contact with me the whole time to reassure they were tracking our flight and I would not be cheated any extra time. Our driver was there and waiting after a very long day so nothing for us to figure out. I highly recommend this convenient and friendly service!
Very convenient, met us right outside of customs. Very helpful in the airport and good, professional driver.
Overall we had a good experience. But we were given the name and number of a driver who is was longer assigned to us. He had no idea who we were when we called him. Took us about 10 minutes to connect with her actual driver. But other than that, the driver and vehicle was nice.
Great communication before and after our flight. Despite our flight arriving over an hour late, we were met by a friendly driver with a very clean van. The trip to our hotel was uneventful. Could not have asked for more.
This is so very worth it! Tokyo can be a very confusing place to get around on day one. The communication was great and they were there waiting for us with a nice sized vehicle to accommodate us all and our luggage. There was 8 of us.
Booked a transfer at Narita via Klook. Ansu travel driver was a no-show. We paid extra for a “meet and greet “ so we could get to our hotel quickly after an 11 hour flight. There was no Ansu driver in meet and greet area where other drivers had signs for booked passengers. Airport paged him twice—no luck. We tried to phone but the number was based in China, and didn’t get through. Waited around 90 minutes before getting an Uber. We got an email request from Ansu for a review. It was negative. We got an email offering a bribe to withdraw the review. Very bad experience. Klook eventually refunded the prepaid amount but it wasn’t easy.

We are GT-Transfer in Japan, not Ansu Travel as referred to in your comment. It seems you may have left the review in the wrong place. We wish you a pleasant and smooth trip next time :-)
Great experience, easy to communicate with driver through whatsup , was on time, nice and spacious car , smooth ride to the hotel. Driver assisted with luggage load and uploading. Highly recommended
