Great experience with Riko!

Had a lovely trip organised by Riko. He was informative, punctual and handled everything very smoothly. The Rice fields were very beautiful and you had the option to trek through them as well. The swing was exhilarating and they organisers there were very helpful. The setting for the infinity was beautiful we arrived midday which was perfect it became really busy from 3 onwards we would recommend arriving early if you can. Riko then took us back safely and swiftly. We were out from 8am till 5pm very enjoyable 🙂

MASSIVE SAFETY CONCERN FOR KIDS!

I have been to this location twice. We went today where devastatingly a young girl was pulled from the water unconscious. There was no staff trained in CPR nor were there any Defibrillators or resuscitation equipment to assist with CPR. Two other guests performed CPR whilst staff stood around looking shocked and lost. Staff did not stop other guests from filming the incident or provide any form of assistance to the victim. Once the young girl regained consciousness and was being wheeled to the ambulance three staff members from the venue were seen filming the young girl being wheeled into the ambulance. When told to stop recording they walked away giggling. No safety standards or precautions are obviously in place for this kind of incident and it is very evident in today’s events. I highly suggest this venue invest in training their staff in CPR and having an active lifeguard on duty. Very disappointing.

Amazing evening ✨️

We had such a wonderful time, and honestly, 75% of this experience was thanks to Dwi and the incredible service he gave us. A big shoutout to him – his hospitality, warm personality, and the way he made us feel welcomed truly made the difference. The food was good, the drinks were great, and the music created such a magical atmosphere. The vibes were perfect from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place with good food, good drinks, and outstanding service, this is definitely the spot. We’ll be back for sure!

Wow

Full day tour

We had a FANTASTIC DAY! Our guide/ driver, Okta, made it the best for us! He was an excellent driver and couldn't do enough for us! He was very knowledgeable and his English was first class. We learned a lot of things about Bali, and the whole day was perfect. Okta was very professional throughout and negotiated the heavy traffic very well, and it saved us a lot of time coming back. There was never any rush, and it was obvious our enjoyment was our priority. All the sights were beautiful and the planning all fitted together. YOU MUST BOOK THIS TOUR!

I love it here

Got smashed under 450k 🫡. Food is delicious and good/cheap drinks. Definitely bring sunscreen unless you’re in the downstairs pool the whole time. Recommend Tlaga for all ages ‼️‼️
