Our cooking class in Bangkok Thailand I almost always try to do a food tour and a cooking class when visiting a new country. I strongly believe you learn a lot about the culture and the people through the food. I like it when I can share this experience with my family as well. We made: Tom Yum Soup Green Curry Chicken Pad Thai Mango sticky rice I have a crazy aversion to hot spices, so we were able to modify how much chili, etc. went into each dish. My family was teasing me that I had more of a white curry than a green curry because I added so much coconut milk and so little curry. But I could enjoy it without burning my taste buds. Our teacher, Nam, was adorable and talented. She kept us engaged and taught us a lot. We joined another family of four from Hong Kong during the class. It was some good bonding time, and we learned some great dishes that we need to try to make here in the States.

A Must Do in Banglok
The instructor was very knowledgeable, very patient and a great sense of humor! All ingredients were identified and their role in the meal was very detailed. I would return should I visit Banglok in the future and highly recommend to anyone visiting to experiemce this fun way to learn Thai cuisine! 🤩
