The wine tasting workshop of Emilia Romagna

We had a pleasant experience immersed in the history of wine; Giancarlo, an expert and passionate guide, accompanied us on this tasting tour. The wines and the accompaniment of cold cuts and cheeses were excellent in a characteristic venue in the historic center of Bologna, which represents a perfect setting to fully savor this experience! With some friends who are curious and passionate about wines and visiting Italian wineries, we decided to deepen our knowledge of the wines of our Emilia-Romagna territory by joining the proposal of In Cantina, a fascinating wine shop on Via del Carro in the heart of Bologna's characteristic Jewish ghetto. We were able to taste a truly remarkable and unexpected selection of our regional wines under the very pleasant guidance of Giancarlo, a young winemaker with great experience gained around the world who accompanied us with the right dose of technical competence and historical narrative. All of this, of course, accompanied by a variety of typical products, high-quality cured meats and cheeses. A well-designed experience formula to try!
