Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience on the White Orchid Dinner Cruise did not meet your expectations. After checking, please can you advise us; 1) Why have you never told your waiter you wanted to move. 2) Why did you not request the upper deck at booking 3) Why have you not brought this up to our office or told any staff on the night ? We understand how disappointing it must have been, and we deeply regret the issues you described regarding the seating and buffet however before advising others not to book, you need to allow the cruise an opportunity to solve problems not leave a review without any proof.
