We will accompany you on a walk through our company, passing by the rows of our vineyard, and then continue in the cellar and barrique. You will discover the history of our family, the daily work and the passion behind each bottle. An engaging journey, between nature and tradition, which culminates in a sensory tasting of our most particular wines, all DOC Bolgheri and all aged in French oak barrels. To accompany each glass, morsels of local bread and our extra virgin olive oil, for an authentic taste experience. Wine tour and tasting
Very brief tour of the vineyards and the manufacturing process. Tasted 3 wines: 1 white wine correct to the limit, rosé and red wine barely drinkable. Bordering on the scam...

Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti che la nostra esperienza non abbia rispecchiato le vostre aspettative. Purtroppo avete potuto partecipare solo in parte alla visita, in quanto il vostro arrivo in ritardo non ci ha permesso di svolgerla per intero, dovendo rispettare i tempi degli altri ospiti presenti. Ci dispiace inoltre non essere riusciti, durante la degustazione, a trasmettervi appieno la nostra passione e la filosofia che guida il nostro lavoro quotidiano. Avremmo davvero apprezzato un confronto diretto: se ci aveste espresso perplessità o dubbi sui vini assaggiati, saremmo stati felici di proporvi in alternativa altri prodotti, con diversi blend e affinamenti, naturalmente senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Se in futuro doveste trovarvi nuovamente nella nostra zona, saremmo lieti di accogliervi ancora, con piacere e senza alcuna spesa, per offrirvi un’esperienza completa e farvi conoscere al meglio il nostro mondo. Today I tried this Estate and I can only talk about it well. White, Rosé and Red wines of excellent quality. Exceptional oil with bruschetta. The lady really at hand and the top of the range to explain the wines and the history of the estate.

Wine tasting and platter experience
We visited as an organised tour of the vineyard when in the area. This included a wine tasting of 2 wines and a lovely meat and cheese platter, all served with their own AMAZING olive oil. Such lovely staff, stunning location and such high quality. Thank you

Great wine tasting in a great Mood
Anja, the lady who did the wine tasting with us was great . It was very interesting and also the Mood with the subsequent wine tasting was great . The wines and the oil top . We were additionally also guests at the Podere Cafaggio, which was very lonely, but for 12 people was a great accommodation. Grazie Mille for the nice care

I've been back 3 times in the last few years and will definitely be back. Local new, very very but very nice, the tasting room fantastic! Tour in the vineyard, then in the cellar and finally the tasting. Very nice and prepared driving. Highly recommended!

We had a tasting 5 premium wines from Vaira estate. Thanks to Chiara for the kindness and passion she put into her explanations and that made the tasting even more satisfying!

A pleasant morning on the Estate!
The highly prepared Anja explained in detail the philosophy of the estate and showed us their vineyards and their cellars. During the tasting he told us the story of all 5 wines, accompanied with bread and oil, also from the estate. A beautiful place to spend two hours dedicated to wine. At the end of the tasting we bought 4 bottles of their delicious wines. Highly recommended to have an experience as a couple, with friends and family (with teenage children)

Well, well. That was quite unexpectedly awesome
Called in a day before to organize a winery tour and tasting. Opted to do the 3-wines and a charcuterie board with varied aged-pecorinos and local cured meats. The tour was informative (solo in Italiano purtroppo) and the hostess was kind. Wines were surprisingly good and affordable. Will definitely recommend and come back again. PS. their olive is also a must-have.
