The guide did not turn up. We weren't the only people waiting. There was no communication beforehand to say it was cancelled, though did have a confirmation that it was confirmed, via TripAdvisor app. The phone number went to an answer machine. Which is bad business in 2026 to not even make any effort to advise that the tour is not running, even at the last minute. I am awaiting a refund.
