Ray did an incredible job of communicating with us from before the tour started and throughout the day. He was very knowledgable of history of Malta and beyond! He took the time between venues to educate us and answer any questions without hesitation. Would highly recommend this tour and especially Ray as a tour guide!
Brilliant. Saw a lot more with a private driver and he was excellent. Thanks Ray for a lovely day. I can highly recommend this
We booked a 6hr chauffeur service and had Ray as our driver. He was a great driver and also gave us lots of interesting history about Malta and the sights we saw. We choose to go to Mdina, Dingli cliffs, the blue grotto, Marsaxlokk and Mosta, and were back in perfect time. We had a great day and would highly recommend Ray.
Working with this team has been a very smooth and hassle free experience. At no time were we ever not sure of what we were doing or how to get there. The communication was superb. The day before we would be messaged what the plans were for the next day and what time to meet. The drivers were prompt, our private tour guides were sensational. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging in conversation. A holiday is supposed to be relaxing and thanks to this group we were carefree and enjoyed the entire experience in Malta. I highly recommend them.
good polite helpful guide safe driving and knew the places if interest.
Haruna was a great guide, highjly recommended. He was on time and took us around the entire main island. Very happy
We booked a full-day tour of the island and had a wonderful day! Thanks to our driver Ray, we saw so much and learned about the history and culture of the country; it was dreamlike! A very clear recommendation for everyone who really wants to see and learn something about this beautiful country! Thank you!!!
Didn't show up at all. Don't recommend to book this service. No updates... No info... nothing... costumer service also couldn't get any info from provider.. now waiting for long refound process..
Scam … they don’t pick you up as they say. Support says they busy We are waiting in the sun for over 30 minutes
Cancelled the evening before our 1 day cruise excursion: “You have the six-hour sightseeing tour with us tomorrow. Unfortunately, due to logistical and personal reasons, we cannot accommodate you tomorrow for the tour. Is it possible we do it another day? If so, let us know. We apologize for the inconvenience.” It was not cancelled by the company in Viator so we were still charged as I could not cancel due to it being less than 24 hours.
