Dazzling

Fascinating to hear the history of the Magic Circle. It was made fun and even got to see close up dazzling magic by Liam Ball. Very glad we went.

A hidden gem!

We had a great time at the magic circle tour on Sunday. We had some difficulty finding the location due to construction around so leave plenty of time to find the location but once we were there we had a brilliant time. Our guide, Matt, was knowledgeable and engaging and we learnt so much as we toured the building. The conference room and museum held so much incredible history and artifacts relating to magic and we were even treated to some magic at the end by Alex (which of course, blew us away). I really recommend the tour and it was great value for money (£20pp as we had a discount code).

So much fun!

Booked this on a whim with my friend so didn’t really know what to expect. Matt and Alex were great hosts, learnt so much and had so much fun! A great day out for anyone ✨

Great magical memories

We had a wonderful time at The Magic Circle! Such an interesting guide who was from the Inner Magic Circle showing us the whole history of magic and its origins. We also got to see some close up magic tricks which were brilliant!

Very entertaining tour of the Magic Circle building

A very good and interesting tour of the lovely building and Museum given by Alex, who was a great host. The tour was just the right balance of information and then letting you explore the exhibits. This was a lot more fun than expected and the tour was topped off by a display of up close magic by Matt. Myself, my partner and the kids (12, 13 & 16yrs) thoroughly enjoyed this.

A great experience for all

We booked the Secrets of the Magic Circle tour. It was brilliant. 4 performances by different magicians, all different in style. Close up while you waited for it to start & in the break, then 3 others the last of which was in a theatre. Excellent for all - there were families, groups of friends, couples and solo guests. All made to feel equally welcomed and included. It lasted 2 hours but you could visit the museum if you arrived up to an hour before the start. There was roughly 40 people but that got split to 2 groups so felt more intimate. It was run and managed very efficiently. All staff were knowledgeable, kind and generous with their time. I highly recommend to both those who already have an interest and those who simply want to experience a great time.

Brilliant entertainment

A very entertaining evening, beginning with a tour. Then four quite different magicians performing close up magic. Would definitely recommend.

Fascinating tour of a famously secretive society

Fascinating tour of the magic circle. We got our photo on the stage, explore the museum and Alex did a brilliant little show for us. Ian was a great tour guide. And of course Alison makes all the real magic happen
