Bang value for money for multiple day trip to London!

I don't get the negative reviews on this. This is absolutely fantastic and great recommendation for anyone in London for 3-4 days or more. We are a family of 4, including two toddlers and were in London for almost a week. London Pass have us great flexibility to choose our own program. Covers almost everything we wanted, we were able to do London Eye, Tower Bridge, skip the queue in Natural History Museum, even a half day trip to Stonehenge among others (DO NOT MISS FRAMELESS). Throw in a lunch at HRC, dinner at Bricklane, some high teas and you have recovered more than you spent already. There was still a lot more we wanted and could do if we had time. Do note that the number of days should be consecutive, starting from the first use. This is something that people don't read earlier and don't get. For short 1-2 day trip I am not sure of the value and is upto individual calculations. For multiple days like we did, no question this is great and must have. Highly recommended.

Saved Money with the Pass

We visited many of the attractions that were offered and used the Hop-on-Hop-off bus. I found it to be a really good value and we saved money by using the 2 day pass. If we were to book the 7 attractions and paid separately we would have paid a lot more. You can also reserve your spot for the attraction on the App.

Operator response

Thank you for your fantastic feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed so many attractions and found Go City to be great value for money. It’s also great to hear that the app made planning and reserving your visits easier. We hope to welcome you back for another Go City adventure.

Worth it and would use Go City perks again

No brainer, good value for money. We booked the 4-day pass and planned our itinerary around it, using it on four consecutive days to hit the major sights back-to-back. The app was easy to use, and every attraction we visited accepted the pass without issue. We also got a 10% discount at booking, and overall we're fairly certain we saved around $200 per person. Didn't use it for any food perks, but for attractions alone it's well worth it. You need to plan your route in advance so consecutive-day use lines up with opening hours and availability.

Operator response

Bad Experience - Support Almost Non-Existent

The app kept unlinking my pass meaning I could not use it more than half the time I was in London. Support is almost non existent. London Eye and Westminster Abbey will not accept a screenshot of your QR code either. I was turned away at both. Finally got through to customer services when I had got home after my holiday and they have given me a free 1 day pass. I live over 200 miles away from London and visit less than once a year… I spent £180 and feel thoroughly ripped off. Thanks Go City…

London Pass easy

Easy to use and savings to be made depending on the plan chosen. Always ask at the activity access counters.

Operator response

Merci beaucoup d'avoir partagé votre avis ! Pass does not work.

Terrible experience. This pass is a scam. You can’t actually access the sites they claim you can. I tried chatting for help, but they would not book. Don’t waste your money.

Brilliant value. Saw London's best in 4 days

Used the London Pass for a 4-day family trip and it was fantastic. We managed to visit the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Kensington Palace, and still had time for the Hop-On Hop-Off bus to get around. Compared to buying tickets separately, we easily saved over £100 for the two of us. The Go City app made planning straightforward and helped us avoid wasting time on travel. The digital pass worked seamlessly at entry point.

Operator response

Thanks for your review! We're so glad you had a great experience with Go City and enjoyed the exhibits. We're sorry the hop-on hop-off service didn't meet your expectations. As London is a very busy city, we encourage customers to combine the hop-on hop-off service with public transport to make the most of their time. For an even smoother experience, we also recommend using the Big Bus Tours app to track buses in real time, check live arrival times, and receive service updates. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with our partner for review.
