Thank you so much we are really pleased you had a great time
Our guide Paul was awesome ! Funny and detailed with so much info and knowledge to share, WoW ! Royal tea experience was amazing , highly recommended!
I know this is a wonderful experience from last year, however we were unable to make the original appointment on this trip. The operator of this tour kindly offered other options but we were unable to do it this visit. We rebooked from our visit last year because of great service from this company. We will book them again for our next trip because of how gracious they were to be flexible.
Thank you so much - we have been in business for many years and love to see our friends from past years return. We hope to see you again on another of our tours
Audio guide was good (once you get it to work) Several rooms in each experience. Lots of information.
Simon was our guide and he was outstanding! He’s knowledgeable, personable, and very engaging, Kensington was great, as was the tea!
Our tour guide, Doug, was fantastic. He was very knowledgable, kept us on schedule and was overall delightful to talk with!
We had a great time, our tour guide Paul was very knowledgeable and engaging. He provided us with information that we hadn’t k own that made the experience that much better. I highly recommend this activity to anyone who has an interest in history
The tour guide Paul was very friendly and informative. He made the tour through the gardens fun whilst advising us of all the details surrounding all aspects of the gardens. The High Tea was nice, we made it special by purchasing a bottle of champagne, the staff in the Orangery were polite and friendly, supplying a good service. We added the Palace tour to our trip, which we enjoyed with the audio guide. Very interesting and enjoyable afternoon.
I gave my review on TripAdvisor and thought the tour guide did a very good job of it. Doug was very personable.
