Baking Danish Delights
Our family of four had a wonderful time learning about Danish pastry making and then giving it a try. Our instructor was serious about the art of Danish pastry and did a great job of demonstrating and explaining the steps along the way. We ended the class by packaging our many fresh from the oven danish delights to take home. Class was a 10/10. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend, so many pastries!
Amazing, highly recommend this class! So well organized and a great thing to do in the morning when there’s less going on elsewhere. Very hands on, such a cool learning experience!
Two tips, first, you’ll make 12 pastries PER PERSON to take home (24 total if a couple). Find someone to share them with if you can’t take that many with you traveling. Second tip, the location is a bit outside the city center and the class starts at rush hour. If you’re planning to uber/taxi, give yourself a lot of extra time, we couldn’t get an uber so we grabbed bikes instead.

Danish Baking Class
We had a wonderful time, our pastry chef was excellent and stepped us through each pastry that we made. In total we made 4 different kinds and 24 in total. We were served hot coffee and tea whilst we baked.

Best Danish Pastries
Awesome experience and so delicious. Frdric was amazing how he walked us through the process and end result was some of the best pastry we have had in Denmark. Well worth the time and cost. Don't miss this experience.

Why buy when you can make your own?
What I liked about this experience was the cleanliness, clear directions, organization, patience of the instructor, and the TAKE HOME pastries that were so so delicious! I cant believe I made such beautiful and good tasting Danish pastries. The English speaking with a French accent was a plus too!

A great Copenhagen activity if you want to break up the castles, shopping, and dining out
Taking the Danish baking class at Terrible French Pastry School was an absolutely great idea! We spent the class crafting four beautiful types of pastries: sweet Spandauer, cozy cinnamon rolls, delightfully twisted frøsnapper, and gorgeous braided pastries called fishes apparently. While our pastries were baking we even learned how to prepare the dough for making these at home!
The whole experience was just amazing, and it was awesome to see our hard work come out of the oven. We ended up with a mountain of about 18 leftover pastries after sampling our treats. Carrying them through multiple airports on our journey home was quite the adventure, but every single bite was worth it! We also got a very nice pdf of all the recipes we made plus more upon the completion of the class, we'll definitely be trying our hand at some after this class.

Good pacing and balance of instruction
Well curated baking event with the right level of instruction versus autonomy. Chef made the event fun while also enjoying our amateur baking antics. FYI you will walk away with a better understanding of what makes Danish baked goods unique and also a lot of Danishes to take with you.
