We will pick up customers directly from their hotels, for customers from Riad de la Medina which are not accessible by car, we will send customers via Whatsapp the location of the point accessible by car closest to their Riad.

Do not book this. I booked for today March 4th 2026 and prepaid the deposit. I waiting for the 9am pickup outside my hotel from 8:50am - 9:30am and no one came. My hotel called them 8 times. I messaged them on whatsapp and I emailed them. No response. Eventually they messaged on whatsapp with no explanation as to why they didnt show up and I just told them I want a refund. They offered to make the whole trip free and I said no. After you treat your customers like that, I dont want to give you my business.
