The transfer from Mexico City to the archaeological site takes approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.

No lunch at the Gruta. They will claim they don’t have a driver.
The guide and the pyramids were wonderful but the experience was sold as pyramids and lunch at the Gruta. On the day of I was informed that they didn’t have a driver to accommodate for the Gruta and that I would be refunded for that part of the experience. I am still waiting and have not received a refund. The experience should not be sold as a package if they cannot guarantee lunch at the Gruta. I booked with this specific company because others tour companies were taking travelers to a different cave restaurant and not the Gruta. Well I didn’t get any restaurant and was very disappointed because we were really looking forward to that experience and all the Pyramid tour was nice, I felt like it was false advertising and they are yet to make right on my refund.

Great day at the pyramids!
A great experience! Wish we could have stayed longer…so much history! Some of the pyramid steps are steep but manageable. A great day and a great tour guide.

Pyramids? Those are temples!
We had a great experience and our guide Julius Cesar was enthusiastic and insightful.
He was always there to help the whole group on our two hour tour and mood was cherry throughout.

Amazing!
Experience was fantastic! Julio Ceasar was great super knowledgeable super friendly and fun! Truly made our experience unforgettable. Was great to have a guide that knew so much about the history. The tour was great! Pick...
The tour was great! Pick up location was great and easy to get too. We had our bus driver Omar he drove safely. We stopped like half way to get water and use the restroom. Our guides were Ruben, Rodrigo and Yahir. We got split into groups. We got Yahir as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and he let people ask questions. It was a great experience because not only was the tour great but he was very patient with my parents because they kept falling behind. He never tried to hurry them up. He was polite never rude to them. The bus driver helped my mom get off the bus. The whole team was very professional. Would definitely recommend.

**Disappointing Experience – Teotihuacán & La Gruta**
The Teotihuacán pyramids were incredible and the tour guide was very informative, but unfortunately the experience felt extremely rushed. There was so much history and so much to see, yet we barely had enough time to take it all in or properly enjoy the site. I would have preferred a slower-paced tour with more time to explore and appreciate the pyramids.
Unfortunately, the experience at La Gruta was even more disappointing. The food was poor, the overall experience was unpleasant.
The pyramids themselves are absolutely worth visiting, but I would recommend choosing a tour that allows more time at the site and perhaps reconsidering the restaurant portion of this particular experience.

Amazing Teotihuacan Experience
Amazing tour of the Pyramids of Teotihuacan! Our guide, Ruben, did an excellent job coordinating everything and was very knowledgeable about the archaeological site and its history.
