Very professional, attentive and punctual. They provide a very good service!
Super experience. Whenever I go to Mexico we hire them. Thanks to Juan for everything!
The day-long tour was fantastic, just packed with sights and experiences. The guide, Javier, did double duty in Spanish and English, and was so generous with cultural information and anecdotes. Loved his sense of humour, and he was so solicitous to all the minibus guests. I was picked up at my hotel in Centro, and he began sharing info right away as we passed local points of interest. The trip included some short stops to extra sights like the Zona Arqueológica Tlatelolco, and after the amazing Teotihuacan pyramid site, an excellent dinner at a nearby restaurant, and a final stop at the Basílica Santa María de Guadalupe. All inspiring and unique. Also learned a lot about the country through the drive out past CDMX city limits, and through communities that thrive through their culture with festivals or production of beverages and goods. Javier and our driver were always friendly and available for questions, and fine with more independent guests so long as they returned to the group by clear deadlines. Every neighbourhood and district here has a story. It was the best 8.5 hours I spent in CDMX. It left me feeling steeped with wonder and Mexican culture.
At the start of the tour everything was fine, but once you got on the road to Teotihuacan, the guide seemed to be going in a hurry, going over 150km/h, going over the highs, going into lanes that I shouldn’t go, for me this generated a lot of concern along the way. I was with 2 foreign friends and they got very bad road impression. In the end the guide didn’t want to leave us until Airbnb and gave me the option to use public transport, this upset me since I paid for a Service where he said they would take me to the place where I was staying. If the guides are in a hurry, better assign others.
Alejandra was a great guide! We had a good time on the tour. Super convenient that they offered pick up. Learned a lot! I like that they gave us some time to explore teotihuacan on our own.
Excellent experience, had a great time! The tour very complete and fun, we highly recommend it, we went as a couple and met
The pyramids, the wild flowers in that area, the village of Virgin Guadalupe and the basilica, and the transition of Mexico City to State of Mexico.
Thanks a lot, good day and good luck
Ballooning over the Teotihuacan Pyramids was a magical experience. Watching the sunrise as the ancient pyramids unfold beneath my feet is something I will never forget. A memory for a lifetime
Muchas gracias por su opinión y la verdad agradecemos que les gustará la experiencia, estaremos pendientes siempre para lograr la mejor calidad.
Sergio was amazing!! We had a great day and learned a lot thanks to him. The shuttle was a tad crowded but that is a minor note compared to the great day we had!
We appreciate your comment, believe me, we always try to do our best. we will always be at your service
Tour was fantastic!! Knowledgeable and took restroom breaks as traffic was really bad due to the weather and the pyramids are at least 45 minutes from where we stayed in good weather and traffic. The trip started bad due to traffic and weather and we were running late, but our tour guides made up for it! Overall, A+!! Thank you Chris and Fabian!!
We appreciate your comment and believe me that we will continue to improve, thank you very much.
