Tennessee Whiskey Experience: Bus Tour with 11+ Whiskey Tastings

The whiskey tour experience bus tour made me speechless. The whole experience was over the top. My group and I had an amazing time exploring the different variety of whiskeys. Our driver, he was very patient and understanding with my party. He helped us make this tour a success in every way possible. The team had very high energy and if we come back we would love to experience one of your other experiences. If I were to rate this tour out of 10 with 10 being the best. I think skies would be the limit. Great team of workers and amazing drivers :)

5 star tour. Pretty drive through the country stopping at 3 distilleries for whiskey tasting. Leiper’s Fork Distillery gave a very informative tour with fun facts. We even saw and tasted some mash that was actively processing. Great lunch stop at Fox and Locke. Fun to meet and mingle with the other 20 people on the tour. Driver Jamey was also fun and informative. The other stops were Co. Distillery and then back to Nashville to the Corsair Distillery. I’m not a whiskey drinker but was interesting to learn the different processes and taste the difference in each type. We had plenty of time at each stop to make a whiskey purchase or items at their gift shops. Jamey told us how much time we had at each stop to keep the trip moving along and back by our scheduled time. Before the tour started we received a text that the driver may be late. However, Jamey showed up on time. But this just shows what a professional group this tour company is. This is best suited for adults 21 or older. Try it!

The experience was not as advertised. Before the trip, Brad Kinnison and I communicated by email regarding wheelchair assistance. However, once on the bus, the driver informed passengers that the distillery was operating with a skeleton staff. This significant change should have been disclosed before payment, as it affected the advertised experience. Additionally, the bus driver's behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. He used profanity and made insulting comments with sexual overtones. While pointing to me and another female passenger, he said women should not eat beans because they "fart." He then looked at both of us and stated, "No farting on the bus." These remarks were offensive, embarrassing, and created an uncomfortable environment. The tour also did not include several advertised features. The Humble Baron, the on-site bar that was promoted as part of the experience, was not open. Furthermore, our group of approximately 20 passengers was given only about 10 minutes before the tour and another 10 minutes afterward to order food at the Barrelhouse, eat, and use the restroom. This was simply not enough time to enjoy what had been advertised as part of the excursion. Although the distillery tour itself was informative, the skeleton staffing prevented us from seeing the entire operation as expected. As a result, the overall experience did not match what was advertised or what we paid for. Because of these issues—including the undisclosed staffing shortage, the inappropriate conduct of the bus driver, the closure of an advertised attraction, and the inadequate time allotted for dining— it was a great disappointment. I would not recommend it.

Very nice. Last stop was a little rushed because traffic delayed us but over all B+ experience. The Company and Leiper’s Fork were great!

Great timing between each stop! Every stop had a nice touch! Let us see a little bit of the back country that we wouldn't have otherwise. Exactly what we needed for a saturday activity!

Tour company didn't have enough people interested in this tour, so they switched me over to the "Bourbon, BBQ, and Beer" tour (with my approval). That one was really quite good! Exactly as advertised. We hit a distillery, a BBQ joint, and a brewery. All were fantastic. I recommend that tour!

Truly incredible experience and a shout out to Heather Grace (HG) our tour guide. She kept a great pace and the whole group engaged.

We did the Tennessee Whiskey Experience Tour and went to three different distilleries (Company, Lieper's Fork, and Nashville Craft) and stopped at Fox and Locke for lunch. The different distilleries all had their own vibe. Company was smaller and cozy. Lieper's Fork was engaging and full of interesting historical information. Nashville Craft was my personal favorite - it's small (and unfortunately they're moving from that location due to gentrification) but they really explain the science behind distilling. Lunch was good - the food was good and there was a band playing. The bus was quite comfortable and safe. Even though we were touring during thunderstorms with some flash flooding, it felt very safe. Would definitely recommend!
