Tenerife : Jet Ski Experience 40 Min or 1 Hour

Jet ski activity was good. However we have encountered a problem regarding the €50 deposit. There was a mix up upon returning from the jet ski activity. We were handed our €50 euro deposit back. We then tried to use this 50 euro note to pay for the photos and videos that were taken on the jet skis. The woman behind the counter accepted the €50 then asked if we had €2 as she didn’t have any change. We did not, so we paid by card instead. Upon returning back to our hotel, we realised that the woman behind the counter forgot to hand back our 50 euro note after we paid by card. We spent €80 on taxis there and back and could not justify a further €80 to retrieve the money (and the excursion place would have been closed by the time we got there). We alerted the company via WhatsApp of the mixup and mistake and were met with a very dismissive “all deposits were returned.” We then explained that we tried to use the deposit money to pay, used card instead, and did not receive the 50 euro note back. They said they would check their cameras and let us know. We are still awaiting a message to confirm that they have seen the mixup and will return our money. We are hopeful that the company will transfer our 50 euro note back to us but it’s been several hours with no response.

Do not book at all; they cancel an hour before the appointment and you have to insist to get a refund.

First time jet skiing and this was so fun! Definitely one to experience.

We liked the experience a lot and the service was very good, although in our case there were quite a few waves and since we didn't have experience, it was a bit difficult for us to handle it. At the end, they offer you something to drink. The only thing we perhaps missed a little is that they explain the basics to you, but even though the guide goes in front, if you fall a little behind you are left quite far back alone, and if things get complicated you feel a bit adrift, but that is a matter of the weather and how you handle it; otherwise, everything was great, good value for money.

This was an amazing trip — professional from booking right through to the end. Communication was great; our time was changed but that was no issue to us. From checking in, to the safety briefing, to using the jet skis, everything was very comprehensive. The sea was rough on our trip but despite not being a strong swimmer I always felt safe. They run a safety boat alongside everyone and make intermittent stops to check that everyone is happy. Apart from a sore backside, the rest of the trip is something I hope to keep the memories of for a long time. We purchased the photos and video, which were uploaded to our WhatsApp within the promised 15 minutes. Try this trip — you won't regret it.

We had booked 1 hour of jet skiing for 2 (only 1 jet ski) with a French guide for €100. No French guide. The ride was nice along the coast from the port toward the red mountain. We made a stop to take photos and videos in front of this mountain. Then we passed it and made a U-turn. My son and I loved the speed, the waves in our faces, and the jumps with the jet ski. The photos and videos are very beautiful, but you have to pay €22 more for 1 jet ski.

Awesome experience Nico the guide is sensational. He allowed us to experience the joy of jet skiing. The jet ski is of very good quality, which guarantees stability on the waves. Super friendly, lots of interaction. Photos are taken during the excursion; they are magnificent. My teens loved it, 12 and 17 years old. I highly recommend it.

It is quite good, the guy we got is quite friendly. You cannot access with your phone, they take the photos and videos for you which cost €22, it is each person's choice if they want them.

This was an amazing trip. It was my first time ever going on jet ski but I felt in complete control within minutes of the ride.
