Your group booked a "Guaranteed Go" ticket, which means your tour departs no matter how many guests are booked — whether it's 2 guests or 24. You booked on a Thursday, which is a slower day for wine tours. Your party of 4, plus 2 additional guests, brought the total to 6 guests for the day. The information you state was missing is, in fact, clearly listed on the booking page you used. Under "What's Included," the vehicle is explicitly described as: "Limousine Trolley, Limousine Bus, or SUV transportation based on number of total seats booked." This is not hidden — it is part of the standard listing details that every guest has access to before booking. We have confirmed directly with the third-party platform, and the listing shows exactly what was included and excluded at the time of your reservation. As you acknowledged to us directly, you did not read the full description prior to booking. It is not the responsibility of our company to ensure that guests who book through a third-party system read the information provided to them. Based on the group size — exactly as the listing states — you were transported in our Mercedes Sprinter Limousine. You received the full tour experience: 3 wineries, tasting cards at each stop, guide, photos, and bottled water — everything described in the listing, plus a personal charcuterie box for each guest. We were paid $107.20 per guest. To clarify how a "Guaranteed Go" ticket works: your tour is guaranteed to depart no matter how many guests are booked — whether it's 2 guests or 24. We are one of the only companies in Temecula that will run a tour at this price for as few as 2 guests rather than canceling the night before due to low bookings or charging a higher rate. We offer multiple vehicle types specifically so we never have to cancel a tour for low seat sales — something most other companies do routinely. The vehicle used is matched to the total group size for the day, as stated in the listing. Our trolley does run most days where at least 14 seats are booked and has not been already booked out private this vehicle seats 24 guests. Sprinters seat 13. Our Trolley is one of only two fully limousine trolleys in Southern California featuring a bridal balcony on the back where guests can step outside and enjoy the ride with the other one located in Sandiego. Our website and marketing showcase our full fleet — trolleys, limousine buses, and Sprinters — because we offer all of them depending on group size. That is not misleading; it is an accurate representation of the vehicles we operate. We have been running tours in Temecula for over 11 years and are one of the only companies that operates 7 days a week, offering both shared/open-seated tours and fully private tours. If you had let us know that your group of 4 on a Thursday wanted to ensure going out on the trolley, we would have happily booked the vehicle privately for you at the appropriate rate and run it for your group. Instead, you booked the most economical ticket available — which still includes the full tour experience with a personal charcuterie box for each guest — and you booked it through a third party rather than reaching out to us directly. Had you contacted our booking agent or me directly, we could have answered any questions and made sure you understood exactly what you were booking. We strongly recommend that all guests booking through platforms such as TripAdvisor, Viator, Groupon, GetYourGuide, and similar sites also take the time to visit the service provider's own website and contact them directly with any questions. That way, when you don't take the time to read everything the third-party platform shows you, you won't be surprised when the experience is different than you expected. There are four trolley companies located in Temecula, and all of us operate differently, with different minimum seating requirements for each vehicle type used. Finally, you were sent clear instructions via Viator to use the provided link to fill out your waivers before your tour. You did not read any of the emails sent to you or follow the instructions provided to ensure your group was checked in correctly before arriving. Because third-party platforms do not provide contracted companies with guest email addresses, we are only able to reach you by sending emails through them — and you were sent multiple, none of which you reviewed. We delivered exactly the tour experience described at booking.
